The UL of each entry in the Groups Register must begin with urn:smpte:ul:060e2b34.027f01

Note that Byte 6 of every Group UL in the Groups Register is 0x7f. This is a “wildcard” value that will not appear in implementations. In implementations Byte 6 is replaced with a value that indicates the kind of KLV coding being used, as defined in SMPTE ST 336. So, for example, in Header Metadata in MXF files Byte 6 of most Group ULs is 0x53.
